Magdalena shoots digital video. Among other projects, she directed shot and edited Media Democracy, a short documentary on the growing East Coast movement for media democracy that has been shown at several grass roots short film slams; she also shot Is Now Was, a seven-minute short that recently premiered at the Pioneer Theatre in Manhattan. Her most recent work is a collaborative effort, The Fun Club, a documentary on a political and environmental Burlesque Troupe in New York City. She is currently shooting Venus, a one woman multi media show, and she looks forward to creating a Green Circus documentary.

Magdalena is also a certified Integral Yoga instructor and a freelance researcher for print publications such as Food & Wine, and InStyle.
